The process of developing a new system will have to follow a strict order of a cycle called the system development cycle. Explain in details about this cycle including the activities involved in each phase.
Process of developing a new system will have to follow a very strict order of a circle called the system development cycle. System development cycle consist of 5 steps.
Firstly, the planning is the first step of this system development cycle. We have to plan the new system that we really want to develop.
Secondly, is analysing. Analysis the details of the new system that we have to plan it at the first place.
Thirdly, is design. After have planning and analysing the new system that we want to develop, we can start to design the new system.
Fourthly, would be the implementation of the new system.
Lastly, would be the support and security. After the new system go through the implementation process, the new need to be operating. We need to make sure that the new system has its support backup. Surely have to secure the new system with adding security to it.

A blog is an online journal or a journal that is available on the web. Blogs are typically updated daily using software that allows people with little or no technical background and someone who keeps blog is a “blogger”.

Two characteristics of a blog are it can be accessed by many people to view it and it store variety of pictures , icons, coloured texts, data and information and many more attractive functions which can be just by clicking a mouse.
(b) What are the THREE (3) advantages and THREE (3) disadvantages of a blog?
3 advantages are:
i. We can share our opinion by voice out our opinion to the public in a form of blog.
ii. Blog is a place for people to advertise their products in which through blog we can still make money.
iii. Using and having a blog is free and no need to subscribe and plus it have no limitation to its capacity as it is free-capacity.
3 disadvantages are:
i. Through blog we can make a false statement on someone. In which the false statement we make on someone can trouble him or her.
ii. Through blog also we can slander people without proof as blogging is no restriction and people are free to write anything as they want.
iii. No law is enforcing for blogging if people misused or abuse its usage.

- May harm to ourself as we (the beginner) are easily more exposed to the harmful & unprotected sites.
- Lack of information of IT may lead to be targeted by the worms, virus, hackers & etc.

- More understandable as we being guide by the one who are more experience and well known in this field.
- We're may be able to sharpen our skills in IT stuff.
